An estimated 1200 of us rallied and marched in Oneonta on Flag Day to protest against the Trump administration’s tyrannical, authoritarian policies as well as their draconian cuts to federal programs, staffing, and oversight capabilities. The founders of our country designed our Constitution to protect against the very threat posed by this regime. The huge turnout of our neighbors here in Oneonta as well as nationwide will serve to show the world that we will not sit back and watch our freedoms be taken away from us. We will fight to restore our federal services, and protect our federal workers. We will stand up for the rights of ALL of us, including the most vulnerable members of our society. When hate is loud, love MUST be louder.
