Join us in the field adjacent to Foothills Performing Arts Center for our No Kings 2.0 rally! We’ll hear from inspirational speakers, enjoy some amazing music, then march down Main Street Oneonta in a show of patriotism and support for democracy. Let’s show our community that we are all in this together.
Over five million people protested against Trump’s authoritarian regime on No Kings Day. We hope to double that number for this one. As he ramps up his attack on US cities, uses the Department of Justice against his political opponents, and furthers his agenda to create a dictatorship, we need to raise our voices and speak out louder than ever with our message: America has no kings, and the power belongs to the people!
Now is not the time to back down. We need to get louder. We need to get stronger. We do NOT stand down to the intimidation of bullies and autocrats. Too many vulnerable people are depending on us — our lives in a free society are at stake. Shoulder to shoulder we stand strong and we will take care of each other.
Bring your signs. Bring friends, family, co-workers and neighbors. Bring a non perishable food item for the “Your Safe Haven” food pantry.
Let’s make this the biggest stand for democracy this country has ever seen!
